Pesticide Use Reporting System (PURS) Survey Underway

The Oregon Department of Agriculture is conducting a survey of user experiences with PURS. This survey provides you the opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions. No personal information is requested in the survey. It should take no more than 5-10 minutes of your time.
