Summary
Tualatin Country Club is seeking an experienced Equipment Manager to oversee maintenance and repair of the golf course equipment. Our current Equipment Manager is retiring August 1st after 27 years of excellent service. The Equipment Manager will work directly with the Superintendent to ensure success on and off the golf course.

Key Responsibilities
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair various golf course equipment including but not limited to, diesel engines, gasoline engines, hydraulics, electrical components, spray pumps and precision cutting units.
• Train and instruct Golf Maintenance staff on the safe operation of all equipment.
• Maintain a proper preventative maintenance program for all equipment.
• Manage the equipment budget effectively, seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Ensure quality cutting units on all reel and rotary units.
• Lead and train our full-time Assistant Equipment Manager.
• Purchasing/Inventory for all repairs and maintenance to club equipment.
• Perform other duties under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent.

Compensation
• $75,000 to $90,000/Year Salary Depending on Experience
