Board of Directors Introduces Inaugural OGCSA Legacy Scholarship

The Board of Directors is excited to announce the creation and rollout of the OGCSA Legacy Scholarship. This new educational scholarship offering is to recognize a child or grandchild of an OGCSA member and provide funds to an accredited institution for higher learning. Students do not need to be pursuing a career in turfgrass management to apply for this scholarship. The OGCSA Legacy Scholarship and the new OSU PACE Course scholarship, offered in the fall, will now replace the traditional OGCSA Turfgrass Student Scholarship that has been offered in conjunction with the Oregon Turfgrass Foundation Scholarships. The Board of Directors would like to recognize the Scholarship Committee for their hard work over the past year developing these new scholarship opportunities.
