Situated on 600 magnificently scenic acres of woodlands and carefully preserved wetlands.
What is a little-known fact / fun fact about your facility?
Hole #13 is home to Bald Eagle nest. She has babies every year.
What’s the biggest challenge your facility presents to you as superintendent?
Hiring Seasonal Staff.
What led you down the path of becoming a superintendent?
Initially wanted to do Sports Turf but found myself working GCM in college.
What’s the biggest change that has occurred while you’ve been in the industry?
GPS Technology
What’s your favorite hole at your facility?
Hole No. 9 – Little Deschutes River runs the entire right side, Mt. Bachelor in background and no bunkers!
What would you invent right now to make your professional life easier?
A rule that only allows four-somes to play the first hour of tee times.
